Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Train, lead, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse
- Implement and uphold company procedures and safety regulations
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse tools
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
